Please get in touch with us by clicking the "Technical Support" link on the left hand side of your dashboard, if you cannot log into your store you can email us using - [email protected] Please refrain from emailing us through Facebook with support requests. Facebook is no longer manned by technical staff, we have a Facebook community page that you may join - this is a place to advertise your store and offer other store owners friendly advice.
Urgent requests -
If your website is offline we maybe carrying out some updates to the system or our hosting supplier maybe updating the server - checkout our Facebook page for any progress reports. If you need to let us know that your website is offline please get in touch with us by clicking the "Urgent Requests" link on the left hand side of your dashboard. Please don't worry if your site is offline - this can happen from time to time. We will work on your site to get you up and running again as soon as possible.
Chasing a request? -
We are a small family team and with a recent rise in demand for our online services due to Covid - 19 requests maybe delayed, we apologise for this you can chase previous support requests by replying to your original email request with a "Hello" message - this will "bump" your request up the list. Please refrain from messaging us on Facebook to chase up requests as our Facebook is not manned by our technical staff.

What next? -
We will take a look at your query and respond as soon as possible within working hours, all queries are prioritised. Non-urgent requests may take a little longer. Timescales cannot be given I'm affraid, as it depends on how complex your query/fix is. Sometimes we need to re write coding or update our software in order to fix an issue - but please be reassured that we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. If you have not received a reply we apologise about this and if you could please check your "spam" email folder to make sure you havent missed our reply to you. If you do need to chase an issue please reply to your original query acknowledgement email from us, this has a unique ticket number attached to it relating to your query & it will help us locate your query in order to help you - Thank you.
